Capio Sanidad is one of the largest private health groups in Spain, with 22 centres in five Autonomous Communities and more than 5,000 professionals; 1,500 beds and a turnover of €300m in 2004.
For its Diagnosis Centre near to the Fundación Jiménez Díaz, the client needed to establish retail market values in Madrid for similar properties.
The search was carried out in the centre of Madrid as well as neighbouring areas, such as Alcobendas, Majadahonda, Pozuelo, Getafe, Alcorcón, Móstoles, Fuenlabrada, San Fernando de Henares and Coslada.
A study of the different areas was carried out, identifying locations with similar characteristics and the rent range for each location.
Our report was provided within 48 hours of instruction and was used in negotiations with their existing landlord to set an appropriate rent.
