DJ France's Occupier Services team was appointed by the Centre des Hautes Etudes de la Construction (CHEC) - a superior high school specialising in building engineering construction.

This school was looking for new and bigger premises as close to Paris as possible and for a reasonnable rent.

Our Occupier Services team, following the client's brief, sourced and negotiated the lease for 1,900m² of new teaching premises at the doors of Paris in Arcueil.

What started out as a lease negotiation evolved into negotiations toward an acquisition of these premises as the school changed its strategy.

DJ secured a good acquistion price for quality premises and were hence appointed to manage the design and construction works of the project alongside the architect we had introduced to the client earlier in the process.

All this was achieved in the very brief time period of five months, allowing the school to open for the new academic year.
