Project Monitoring for Naropa Capital

The Technical Service team of Drivers Jonas France has been appointed by Naropa Capital to follow up the last phase of the forward funding of their buildings located in Issy les Moulineaux and Saint Denis. Naropa asked us to take care of the effective delivery of the buildings being built as well as setting up their facility management.

This appointment is for the management of both sites.

Our role is to:

• provide advice taking full account the cultural differences existing between the Spanish investor and the French promoter;
• take care of the project monitoring which includes taking part in the management committee, representing the investor during the pre-delivery visits;
• set up the facility management of the buildings;
• set up a multiple company staff canteen in each unit;
• draft an expenditure budget as well as an additional investment one;
• draft the typical lease as well as the rules and regulations; and
• set up the insurance policies.
