Drivers Jonas is a limited liability partnership of commercial property consultants. It provides a full range of services throughout the life cycle of commercial property:
- planning and development;
- project management;
- asset management;
- valuation and due diligence; and
- transaction services.
The firm’s European arm was launched by two of its previous chairmen: Rod Jones and Christopher Armon-Jones. They set up on the continent in 2002 when the French office was created; the German office opened a year later in 2003.
SAS Drivers Jonas France was established in Paris in 2002. It provides property services to investors and occupiers. The office is led by Christopher Armon-Jones who has over 35 years' experience in the commercial property markets. He started working in the French market for clients in 1999 and moved to Paris full time in 2002. The office is growing quickly, having had to move a third time in four years, and currently numbers 21 comprising four principal teams:
- investment;
- occupier;
- asset management; and
- technical services;
Drivers Jonas GmbH was established in Frankfurt in 2003. The office was created and led until recently by Rod Jones, who had many years of prior experience working with German clients. The office is now led by Henry Robinson who has been based in Germany for the past 20 years. The team specialises in:
- investment transactions;
- valuation; and
- property management.
The firm works for clients throughout Europe on the basis of all the offices working in cooperation with one another. Drivers Jonas LLP in the UK, with its 700 personnel, provides the backbone of expertise and resources to which the European business can turn to in times of major assignments.
