Our approach to property investment advice and transactions

Drivers Jonas's property investment practice offers a comprehensive transaction and advisory service to the commercial property sector, in both the UK and mainland Europe. We advise institutions, banks, property companies, funds and private investors, national and international investors.

For purchasers, our skills embrace identifying opportunities on and off-market, providing opinions of value, negotiating transations, co-ordinating and undertaking due diligence and sourcing bank finance. We also provide strategic advice at the portfolio level, identifying and marketing buildings for sale.

Whatever the level of support the client requires we provide an international standard of service delivered by multi-lingual, -cultural and -disciplined teams with an excellent knowledge of the markets in which they operate.

Future proofing your investment acquisitions

We are a multi-disciplined practice which can provide not only market advice, but a full appreciation of the factors which will affect the future performance of buildings. Key factors include:

• understanding building condition and the need for future expenditure;
• property management implications including tenant relations and service charge administration;
• planning overview.

We provide post acquisition advice including building and asset management services. Our aim is to add value and maximise returns for clients at all stages, often preparing assets for future disposal. We currently have over 600m€ of assets under management.
